FRONT ROYAL - Mrs. Florence Snyder (sic) Heard, 90, a native and former resident 
of Norfolk, died Monday in a hospital.
She was the widow of Charlie Frank Heard.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk.
