A native of Norfolk, he lived in Washington 30 years. He was a Baptist and was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War and retired in 1967 after 30 years. Besides his widow, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Thomas, and two sons, Thomas C. Heath and Robert C. Heath, all of Washington; four sisters, Mrs. T. I. Parker, Mrs. Henry L. Taylor, Mrs. W. I. Henry, and Mrs. R. J. Miller; and a brother, R. S. Heath Sr., all of Norfolk; and three grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Thursday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Paul D. Moore of Woodland Heights Baptist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mrs. T. I. Parker of 782 W. 50th St., Norfolk.
