CATHERINE DYER HEATHERTON, 95, widow of William J. Heatherton, who for many years was a member of the Norfolk Fire Department, and daughter of the late Michael and Mrs. Catherine Concannon Dyer, died yesterday morning at Staunton. She was a native of Alexandria and had lived in Norfolk for 75 years, residing at 263 East 40th Street. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Mary's Catholic Church for funeral services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the funeral apartments tonight at 8 o'clock. MRS. CATHERINE DYER HEATHERTON - Funeral services for Mrs. Heatherton, widow of William J. Heatherton, who died Monday at Staunton, were conducted at St. Mary's Catholic Church yesterday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Peter Schouten, pastor. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Edward Stevens and the Rev. W. P. Connoly were present in the sanctuary. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Judge Willis V. Fentress, Lee F. Lawler, W. A. Hall, Ivor A. Page, Jr., Sam Goldblatt and Paul M. Lipkin.
