Hedrick, aged 76, died yesterday morning at 10:45 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.E. Walker, 613 Payne Street. She was the widow of Rush Floyd Hedrick and a daughter of the late Wayman E. and Mrs. Margaret Thomas Creger, of Wythe County, but had lived here for seven years. Surviving her are three daughters, Mrs. E.C. Darnall, of South Norfolk; Mrs. A.E. Shupe, of Groseclose and Mrs. Walker; two sons, W.E. Hedrick of Groseclose and S.F. Hedrick, of Roanoke; one sister, Mrs. J.B. Mahady, of Maxmeadows; four brothers, R.E. and George Creger, of Crockett; John Creger, of Wytheville and W.L. Creger, of Marion and 22 grandchildren. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
