Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, April 12, 1999 
Frances L. Heichelbech, 93, died April 8, 1999, at Meadowbrook Manor Nursing 
Home in Durham, N.C.
 A native of Columbus, Miss., Mrs. Heichelbech was a housewife.
 Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jean Seaman of Rougemont, N.C., and 
Lucille Schwoerke of Hanover, N.H.; a brother, Waightes G. Ottley Jr. of Macon, 
Ga.; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
 Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Magnolia Cemetery in 
Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American 
Heart Association. Walker's Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, is in charge of 
arrangements.
