He was the husband of Mrs. Mary Ellen Kelly Heine and a son of Mrs. Helen Carroll Heine of Baltimore, Md., and the late Joseph Henry Heine. A native of Baltimore, he had lived here 19 years. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and a tool and die maker for Naval Air Station. He was also a member of Moose Lodge. Surviving, besides his wife and mother, are three daughters, Miss Mary Carroll Heine, Miss Susan Heine and Miss Joyce Heine and four sons, Andrew Heine, John Heine, Vincent Heine, and Michael Heine, all of Norfolk; three sisters, Mrs. Eileen Stanford, Mrs. Elizabeth Garrison and Miss Patricia Heine of Baltimore; and three brothers, Vincent Whiteley of Baltimore, Edward Heine of Silver Spring, Md., and John Heine of Jacksonville, N.C. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
