Funeral of Sister Mary Joseph
We regret to be obliged to announce the death of the above-named sister, which sad 
event took place Sunday morning at 7 1/2 o’clock. Her funeral took place yesterday 
morning from the St. Vincent Hospital at 9 o’clock. Her pallbearers were Messrs. 
David Donovan, Wm. Glennan, Ballard Dodd, John Burke, Wm. Newstead, Jr., Oliver 
Egerton, Wm. Young, Jas. Edward Barry. The solemn services were rendered by Rev. 
M. O’Keefe, assisted by Rev. Father Reardon. The deceased sister was only 23 years 
old, of Scotch descent. She died of consumption. Requiescat in pace.
