Virginian-Pilot September 10, 1963
NORFOLK — Charles Raymond Henley, 66, of 238 Franklin Ave., died in his home 
Sunday after a short illness.
He was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, a son of William C. and Mrs. Carrie Hopkins 
Henley.
Surviving is his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Sweet Henley of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from Cox Funeral Home to Elmwood Cemetery for a funeral 
service today at 2 p.m. by the Rev. E. Irwin Moshier of First Baptist Church.
