Virginian-Pilot  January 2, 1942
Sister Mary Katherine, office manager at St. Vincent’s Hospital, died last night 
at 8:30 o’clock after a brief illness. She was 64 years old and had been at St. 
Vincent’s since 1930.
In private life, Sister Katherine was Mary Katherine Henry and was a native of 
Alabama. She was a daughter of Andrew Henry and Mrs. Helena Stenson Henry. She is 
survived by two sisters, Sister Esther Henry, of St. Louis, and Mrs. Joseph 
Muscat, of Mobile, Ala. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9 
o’clock in the chapel at the hospital. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Sister Katherine was well known to the medical fraternity and others who came in 
contact with her at the hospital.
