The deceased was born in Berkley and had spent the greater part of her life here. She was in the seventy-third year of her age and was the daughter of the late Maximillion and Mrs. Lydia Nash Herbert, who many years ago lived in the old Hardy homestead in what was then known as Herbertsville. She moved here from here to Baltimore, Md., where she resided for some time and was a member of an Episcopal church of that place. She is survived by the following nieces and nephews: Mrs. E.A. Graves, Mrs. Sol Barclay, Mrs. W.A. Howard, Mrs. James Peak, Miss Louise Herbert, Miss Rebie Herbert, Mrs. Zimmerman of Baltimore, Claude Herbert, Emmett N. Herbert, Burnett Herbert, Cleveland Herbert, Posey Merchant of Baltimore. The funeral will be conducted at St. Paul's Episcopal Church by the rector, Rev. James D. Gibson, this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock and burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
