NORFOLK - Mrs. Jane Marie Herley, 45, of 7525 Yorktown Drive, widow of Thomas J. 
Herley, died in a Norfolk hospital Thursday at 4 a.m. after a long illness.
A native of Bedford County, she lived in Norfolk 12 years. She was a member of 
Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Robert J. Manner of Richmond; a daughter, Miss Mary 
Susan Herley, of Norfolk; and two sisters, Mrs. Theodore McIvor of Alexandria and 
Mrs. Dennis A. Hurley of Richmond.
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Holy Trinity 
Catholic Church for a funeral service today at 10 a.m. by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. M. J. 
Cannon. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
