Mrs. Herman was a native of Viaslo, Poland. She was the widow of Moses Dilbert and Moses Herman. She was a member of B'Nai Israel Congregation and its sisterhood in Norfolk. Mrs. Herman was formerly a member of Hadassah, Golden Age Club and the Beth Shalom Home Auxiliary. During the European Holocaust, she was separated from her family that was executed by the Nazi forces in Poland, and she survived in Russia. Survivors include her cousin and several other relatives in Israel. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. today in the Norfolk Chapel of H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts by Rabbi Yosef Friedman and Rabbi Israel Bornstein. Burial will be a B'Nai Israel Cemetery.
