James Hewitt died Sunday, April 11, at his residence, 906 E. Princess Anne road.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, April 14, at the New Calvary Baptist
Church at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. S. A. Wilson, pastor, officiating.

The deceased is survived by a wife, Mrs. Carrie Hewitt, one son and a host of
relatives and friends. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery. Hale and Company was
in charge.
