Virginian Pilot December 1, 1907

Miss Ethel Estel Hewitt died last evening at the home of her parents, Mr. and 
Mrs. Robert W. Hewitt, South Norfolk Heights, after an illness of three months.
She was in her 17th year and had quite a number of friends who will mourn their 
loss.  The funeral announcement will be made later.

The funeral of the late Miss Ethel E. Hewitt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert 
Hewitt, who died at their home in South Norfolk Heights Saturday night, was 
conducted from the residence yesterday morning. 
Rev. T. McN. Simpson, D.D., pastor of Memorial M.E. Church, conducted the 
services and the interment was in Magnolia cemetery.
