Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, February 19, 1993 
NORFOLK - Angela Booker Hicks, 42, of the 2400 block of E. Princess Anne Road, a
retired clerk, died Feb. 17, 1993, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Hicks, a Baptist, was born in Norfolk. She retired from Nations Bank in 1981.

Survivors include two sons, Antuane Booker of Georgia and Santos Hicks of
Norfolk; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins. She was predeceased by her
mother and father, Gladys Benton Payton and John B. Payton.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev.
Robert G. Murray. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family will assemble
at the residence.
