She was a native and resident of Norfolk and is survived by one sister, Miss Margaret Higgins; two nieces, Mrs. Baynie Taylor Prescott and Mrs. John Cahill, Jr.; five nephews, Eugene Higgins, John de Bree Higgins, William Higgins, Maitland Higgins and George de Bree Taylor. Remains will be taken from H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason street to St. Mary's Catholic Church, for services Monday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be private in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
