NORFOLK - Mrs. Ethel B. Higgins, 91, formerly of 809 Stockley Gardens, the widow 
of Arthur F. Higgins, died Thursday in a hospital.

A native of Dallas, Tex., she lived in this area since 1923.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

She has no known survivors.

A Christian Wake service will be said today at 4 p.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments.

A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be said Saturday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
