Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, September 24, 1991 
Ethel W. Hill died Sept. 20, 1991, in a hospital.

Mrs. Hill was born in Surry County and was the widow of Arthur Hill. She was a
member of Queen Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Reginald L. Osby of Virginia Beach; a sister, Carrie
Alexander of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Queen Street Baptist Church
by the Rev. Peter Wherry. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join
the family at 1137 Evert Drive, Virginia Beach. The body will be placed in the
church at 10:30 a.m. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
