Mr. Hill, former wholesale oyster dealer, was a member of Lafayette Lodge No. 9 I.O.O.F., and of the G.A.R. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. H.S. Frazier, of Norfolk; two sons, Charles E. Hill, of Norfolk, and Frederick B. Hill, of Portsmouth, and three grandchildren. Services will be held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason street, Norfolk, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with the Rev. H.B. Lipscomb, Jr., pastor of the Monumental Methodist Episcopal Church.
