Mr. Hiltcher was an employee of the Royal Silver Manufacturing Co., Inc., and was a member of the Holy Name Society, of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Lex; one son, Joseph LeRoy Hiltcher; two grandchildren, Joseph Lex, Jr., and Richard Francis Lex, all of Norfolk; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Wilkinson, Mrs. Martha Winkle, Mrs. Cecil Franklin, of Norfolk; Mrs. Frank Taylor, of Newport News, and Mrs. Charles Robinson, of Oregon. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Monday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the residence Sunday night at 8 o’clock.
