The Virginian-Pilot  Wednesday, January 20, 1993  
Donna Hines Grant of the 9500 block of 20th Bay St., died Jan. 15, 1993, in 
Lake Taylor Hospital after a long illness. 
Mrs. Grant was a native of Norfolk and was formerly employed with The Virginian-
Pilot and The Ledger-Star at the Virginia Beach plant. She was the daughter of 
Lee A. Hines of Norfolk and the late Margurite Hines. 
Besides her father, she is survived by a son, Curtis L. Hines of Norfolk; a 
sister, Maureen D. Stewart of New Jersey; four brothers, Vernon A. Hines of 
Norfolk, Richard M. Hines of Germany, Darryl L. Hines of California and Joseph 
C. Hines of New Jersey; one grandchild; and nieces and nephews. 
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Riddick Funeral Service by 
Pastor Wendell D. Hodges. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
