Norfolk - A funeral service for Mrs. Lula Hines of 751 Fremont Street was held
Saturday in Graves Funeral Chapel by Rev. R. A. Councill. Burial was in Calvary
Cemetery. Mrs. Hines died Feb. 3 in a hospital.

She was a native of Virginia and the widow of Charlie O. Hines. she was a member
of First Baptist Church, Bute Street.

A daughter, Mrs. Maggaline Cress of Concord, NC, survives.
