Virginian Pilot February 18, 2001

Wilhelmenia Budd Hinton, 76, of the 900 block of Westgate Court, passed Feb. 14, 
2001, in Norfolk General Hospital. She was a native of Norfolk, having lived in 
California for 38 years.

Predeceased by her parents, she is survived by her husband, James Hinton Sr.; 
three daughters and a son, all of California; seven grandchildren; three great-
grandchildren; two sisters; two aunts; and a host of cousins and friends.


A funeral will be held at noon Monday at Graves Funeral Home. A wake service 
will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. today.
