Virginian-Pilot, August 12, 1886
The friends of Miss Georgiana Hipkins will regret to learn of her death in New 
York City on the 11th instant. Miss Hipkins was the youngest daughter of John 
and Eliza Hipkins, late of Norfolk city. She was also an aunt of Judge C. W.
Murdaugh, of this city. Her remains will arrive on the Bay line steamer this 
morning and the funeral will take place at 10:30 o'clock from St. Paul's 
Church. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully requested to attend.

Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Norfolk, VA
Mrs. Georgeanna was changed to Miss Georgiana
