Hobbs and daughter of the late Dr. Robert D. and Mrs. Bettye Alexander Baskerville, died at the residence, 1332 Cloncurry road, Lochaven, last night at 8:15 o'clock. Mrs. Hobbs was a native of Mecklenburg County and a well known resident of Norfolk for the past 42 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Severn Duvall, of Norfolk; three sons, Robert S. Hobbs, of Baltimore; Frederick H. Hobbs, of Columbus, Ohio, and William A. Hobbs, of New York City; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. J. Tabb Neblett, of Alexandria, La., and two brothers, Dr. George Baskerville, of Greenwood, Miss. and W.R. Baskerville, of Warrenton, N.C. Funeral services will be held at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock with the Rev. George P. Gunn, rector of the Church of the Good Shepherd, of which Mrs. Hobbs was a member, and the Rev. E. Ruffin Jones, rector of St. Andrew's Church, officiating. Interment will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
