Norfolk - Mrs. Lois Hodnett of 715 Thayor street died recently in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk, she was the wife of Ezekiel Hodnett and a daughter of the 
late Solomon and Mrs. Annie Griffin.

Besides her husband, surviving are seven sons, Moses Leroy Flowers,Ernest 
Hodnett, Anthony Hodnett, Andrew Hodnett,   Troy Hodnett, and Rallton Hodnett of 
Norfolk, and James Hodnett of Portsmouth;  eight daughters, Misses Brenda 
Flowers , Lois Hodnett, Denise Hodnett, Renee Hodnett, Sonya Hodnett, Theresa 
Hodnett, Wanda Hodnett, and Tina Hodnett of Norfolk;   two brothers, Ernest 
Griffin of Norfolk and Army M. Sgt. Herbert Lee Griffin of Germany;  three 
sisters, Mrs. Edith Gilliam and Mrs. Emma Holloway of Norfolk, and Mrs. Mary 
Holloway of Chesapeake;  and four grandchildren.

The body was taken to Graves Funeral Home.
