HODSDEN - At the residence of his brother-in-law, Mr. Edward Cross, No. 512 King 
street, Portsmouth, Va., at 7:30 a.m., November 13th, 1896, JOHN HODSDEN, aged 40 
years.
Funeral services from the residence THIS (Saturday) AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock. 
Friends and acquaintances are invited to attend.
