NORFOLK - Christian Hoffenberger, 67, of 123 Conway Ave., owner and operator of 
Model Barbershop on Granby Street for over 20 years, died Sunday in a hospital. A 
native of Youngstown, Ohio, who lived here most of his life, he was the husband of 
Mary C. Hoffenberger.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of Blessed Sacrament 
Catholic Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Theresa R. Hoffenberger of Washington; two 
sons, Michael C. Hoffenberger of Falls Church and Joseph B. Hoffenberger of 
Virginia Beach; and two brothers, Michael Hoffenberger of Detroit and Blase 
Hoffenberger of Unionville, Mich.
Arrangements are pending at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
