Virginian-Pilot October 10, 1951
Mrs. Eleanora (sic) Hoffman, 82, widow of William Hoffman and daughter of Amos and 
Mrs. Eulize Gardnar (sic) Trotman, a lifelong resident of this section, died 
yesterday at 12:45 a.m. at a Norfolk hospital.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Elmwood 
Cemetery for services at the grave today at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Edward H. Jones, 
pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating.
