Mary Elizabeth "Lisa" Hogan, 28, of the 4400 block of Ocean View Ave., died Feb. 
6, 1996, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

She was a native of Virginia Beach and an honor graduate of East Carolina 
University.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Vernell H. Hogan and David 
Costenbader, of Virginia Beach; her father, Joseph C. Hogan of Virginia Beach; a 
brother, John Kelly Hogan of Hatteras, N.C.; a stepbrother, David G. Costenbader 
of Washington, D.C.; two stepsisters, Katherine Billig and her husband, Maury, of 
New Jersey, Elizabeth Biernacki and her husband, Dennis, of California; and her 
special friend, David Virgil of Virginia Beach.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Bayside Chapel. The family will receive friends at 4490 A Ocean View Ave., 
Virginia Beach, following the service. Memorial donations may be made to the 
charity of one's choice.
