VIRGINIA BEACH - Joseph Clark Hogan, 19, of 4490-A Ocean View Ave., a native of 
Norfolk, died Friday in his home. He was a son of Joseph C. Hogan and Vernell H. 
Costenbader, both of Virginia Beach.
He was a student at Tidewater Community College.
Other survivors, all of Virginia Beach, include his stepfather, David Costenbader; 
a sister, Mary Elizabeth Hogan; two stepsisters, Katherine Ann Costenbader and 
Elizabeth Rider Costenbader; a brother, John Hogan; and maternal grandparents, Mr. 
and Mrs. C.P. Heusel.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base 
Chapel. Burial will be private, with Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, 
in charge. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
