NORFOLK - Thomas Newstead Hogan, 48, son of Mrs. Mary Cecelia Hogan and the late 
Hunter A. Hogan Sr., a native and former Norfolk resident, died Sunday in New 
Castle, Del.
Besides his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Hunter A. Hogan Jr. of 
Norfolk, Jack Hogan of Haddonfield, N.J., and Navy Cmdr. R. Bevan Hogan of 
Pittsburgh; and a sister, Mrs. Pretlow Darden of Norfolk.
A funeral service was held in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Friday, with burial in 
St. Mary’s Cemetery.
