Norfolk Virginian Pilot Monday August 29, 1938
William M. (Kenny) Hoge, aged 68, of Ivy street, Berkley, died Saturday night 
at 7 o'clock at a local hospital after a brief illness. He was a native of New 
Kent County and had resided here most of his life. He was the son of Allen J. 
and Sarah Foster Hoge, and is survived by several nieces and nephews. The body 
was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, 124 East Berkley avenue where funeral 
services will be conducted this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in 
Magnolia Cemetery.
