Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, August 6, 1991 
Thelma Drew Hoggard of the 1500 block of Bond St., a retired clerk, died Aug. 3,
1991, in a hospital.

Mrs. Hoggard had retired from the Norfolk public schools. She was a member of
Grace Episcopal Church. She was a charter member of the Kiskis and Bachelor and
Benedict Wives and was a member of Pinocle Bugs and The Tujours.

Survivors include her husband, David L. Hoggard; a son, David Hoggard Jr. of
Richmond; a sister, Fannie D. Brown of Norfolk; and a grandchild.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Grace Episcopal Church by the
Rev. Joseph N. Green Jr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join
the family at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m.
Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to the church's perpetual care fund or to the
American Cancer Society.
