NORFOLK — Miss Frances Hoggard, 90, of 413 W. York St., who taught many years in 
Norfolk public schools and retired, died Tuesday in her home.
She was a native of Princess Anne County and a member of the Retired Teachers' 
Association. She also was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and Great Bridge 
Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Paul's Episcopal Church by 
the Rev. Walton W. Davis. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments in charge.
