DEATHS
HOGWOOD, MARY FRANCES BURGESS - At the residence, 1005 Colonial Avenue, Saturday 
morning, August 3, 1957, at 7 o'clock, MARY FRANCES BURGESS HOGWOOD, widow of 
George W. Hogwood, in the 86th year of her age. Funeral services will be conducted 
at the Cox Funeral Home, 631 Westover Avenue, corner of Manteo Street, THIS 
(Monday) MORNING, August 5, 1957, at 11 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited 
to attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions 
should be made to the American Heart Fund.
