The Virginian Pilot, August 30,1980
Norfolk - Willie Holden Jr. of 314 W. 33rd St., a native of Wilson, NC, died 
Thursday in a hospital.

He was a 17-year employee of Valu-Fair and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Rosa Selby of Virginia Beach, Mrs. Mildred 
White and Mrs. Blanche Kimbrough of Norfolk, Mrs. Ruth Ward of Chicago, and Mrs. 
Wilhelmena Smith of Chesapeake; and a brother, Thomas Worrell of Chesapeake.

A funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Hale Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. 
J. L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will be a Christian 
wake at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8.
