Mrs. Armecia W. Holland, 87, of 1058 Mapole avenue, was given final rites Sunday 
at Queen Street Baptist Church.
The Rev. J. Jasper Freedman officiated at the service.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery under direction of Jones Funeral Home.

Mrs. Holland was a native of Corapeake, NC.  she was a member of the United Order 
of Tents.  Her late husband, Charlie Holland, was a Queen Street Church deacon.

Her survivors include a foster son, Walter Lyons of Portsmouth.
