A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Mrs. Beatrice Wilson and the wife of Clifton A. Holley Sr. She was the proprietor of Cliff the Hatter. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and its Woman’s Holy Name Society. Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Clifton A. Holley Jr., of Virginia Beach; three daughters, Mr. Beatrice Horace of Covington, Ky., Mrs. Mary McInnis of Chicago and Miss Martha Holley of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Mary Williams of Norfolk; and six grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church by the Rev. Joseph LeFrois. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Jones Funeral Home in charge. The Rosary will be said in the funeral home tonight at 8.
