She was the daughter of the late William Horton and Alice Horton Forehand and the widow of James Kenneth Hollomon. An active member of Rosemont Christian Church, Mrs. Hollomon taught the Philathea Class and the Maude Headey Class for many years, and was a teacher and chairperson of the churchs Vacation Bible School. A most active participant in her community, she served as president of the Portlock Elementary, Portlock Junior High and Oscar Smith High schools PTA. Mrs. Hollomon was also a past president of the Portlock Garden Club, a charter member of the South Norfolk Womans Club, serving in numerous capacities during her membership and a charter member and secretary of the Chesapeake Museum. Surviving are her daughter, Margaret Anne "Maggie" Levine and husband, Paul of Mathews, Va.; her son, Richard L. Milteer and wife, Susan of Minneapolis, Minn.; four grandchildren, Blake L. Milteer of Denver, Colo., Joel R. Milteer of Chattanooga, Tenn., Edward Lee Hill III of Newport Beach, Calif. and Shawn Hill of Santa Barbara, Calif.; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Luther Lawrence Milteer. A celebration of life service will be held at Rosemont Christian Church Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Dan Jones and the Rev. Jerry Kilyk officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel.
