Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, February 6, 2001 
Henry L. Hollomon Jr., 70, of the 200 block of E. Indian River Road, died Feb.
3, 2001, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Born in Norfolk he had been the owner of Keystone Used Appliances and Antiques,
a member of Garden of Prayer, Virginia Beach Boulevard and Church Street,
Norfolk, and was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School.

Survivors include his wife, Adell Hollomon of Norfolk; a sister, Dorothy B.
Brown of Virginia Beach; a brother, William Hollomon of Norfolk; eight
grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three nieces, one nephew; two
great-nieces; and a host of cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was
predeceased by his stepdaughter, Vernell Pemberton; and his parents, Annie
Ballard and Henry L. Hollomon Sr.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Garden of Prayer, Virginia Beach
Boulevard and Church Street, Norfolk, by Bishop Levi Willis Sr. Burial will be
in Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 210 E. Indian
River Road, Norfolk, one hour prior to the service for the procession to the
church. Metropolitan Funeral Home, Berkley Ave. Chapel, is in charge.
