Virginian-Pilot  August 21, 1930
Phillip Holmes - Phillip Holmes, aged 50 years, died Tuesday night at 8 o’clock at 
a local hospital. He was employed at St. Vincent’s Hospital for many years. 
Remains will be taken from H. D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East 
Freemason street, to St. Mary’s Catholic Church for services this morning at 9 
o’clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
