VIRGINIA BEACH - Mrs. Ida Virginia Holtzman, 91, of 114 54th St., widow of Frank 
Neal Holtzman, died Saturday at 1:30 a.m. in a hospital.
She was daughter of William Henry and Mrs. Frances Virginia Jones.
She was a native of Queen Ann County, Md., and lived most of
her life in Virginia Beach and Norfolk.
She was a member of Galilee Episcopal Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Neal Holtzman Lowell of Virginia Beach; a 
grandson; and a great-grandchild.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Virginia Beach, 
to Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, for a funeral service Monday at noon.
