Hooper, and daughter of D Dr. David Minton and Mrs. Penelope Creecy Wright, died at the residence of her s son-in-law, A.E. Ewell, at Lynnhaven, Princess Anne County, yesterday at 6:15 p p.m. Mrs. Hooper was a native of Norfolk and a resident of Lynnhaven for 25 y years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ewell; a son, Henry deB. Hooper, J Jr., of New York City; one grandson Arnold H. Ewell, of Lynnhaven; seven n nephews, Minton W. Talbot and W. P. Warren, of Norfolk; Frederick A Fetter, of R Raleigh, N.C.; Alexander W. Wendell, U.S. Ambassador to Argentine; Wendell F Fetter of Reidsville, N.C.; W.S. Weddell, of Richmond, and D.W. Warren, of E Edenton, N.C., and eight nieces, Mrs. E.L. Ruffin, of Richmond; Miss Elizabeth W W. Talbot and Miss Elizabeth W. Weddell, both of Richmond; Mrs. Oscar Sapp, of G Greensboro, N.C.; Mrs. .Luther Sapp, of Richmond; Mrs. W.D. Stocks, of R Reidsville, N.C., Mrs. Minnie Webb, of Wadesboro, N.C., and Miss Penelope C. W Warren, of Edenton, N.C., The body was taken to the H.D. Oliver Funeral A Apartments, 2602 Colonial Avenue, pending funeral arrangements.
