VIRGINIA BEACH - Theresa Kelly Hooper, 92, of the 4100 block of Edinburgh Drive, a 
retired bookkeeper, died Nov. 27, 1989, in a hospital.
Mrs. Hooper, a native of Norfolk, was the widow of James R. Hooper.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley H. Ziegelbein of Virginia Beach; a son, 
James Hooper Jr. of Norfolk; a sister, Margaret K. Mahon of Virginia Beach; five 
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at noon Wednesday in St. 
Gregory The Great Catholic Church by the Rev. Paschal Kneip. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk. A Christian wake service will be at 7 p.m. 
today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road.
