The Virginian Pilot Saturday May 18, 1985
Norfolk - Mildred Isobel Horton, 90, of 314 E. Little Creek Road, a native of
the Brooklyn borough of New York and the widow of Oliver LeRoy Horton, died
Thursday in a hospital.


Mrs. Horton was a member of East Ocean View Presbyterian Church. 

Survivors include a daughter, Gladys H. Parker of Norfolk;  two grandchildren; 
and five great-grandchildren.


The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in East Ocean View
Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Thomas J.J. Christian II.  Burial will be in
Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Graham Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.

The family will be at the residence.  The body will be placed in the church at
1:30 p.m. Sunday.
