Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark July 9, 1920

Mrs. Blanche Hendren Hosier, widow of Archibald George Hosier, and daughter of 
the late Major J. Hardy Hendren and Emily Rowe Hendren, died yesterday morning 
at 6:15 o'clock.  She is survived by her daughter, Eugenia Hosier; by her 
sons, Halford Hosier and Archibald Hosier and by her brother, William H. 
Hendren, a resident of New Orleans.
Mrs. Hosier was in her fifty-fifth year.  The funeral will take place tomorrow 
afternoon, the services conducted by Rev. F.C. Stenmetz, being held at the 
residence, 410 Mowbray Arch, at 4 o'clock.  Burial, which will be private, 
will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
