Hosier While Sitting On a Keg Died Of Heart Disease Walter E. Hosier, of 509 East Brambleton avenue, a huckster in the city market, dropped dead at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon while seated on a beer keg in the California wine house, No. 43 Brewer street. Hosier was surrounded by a few of his friends, when his face and ears were seen to be turning purple. A few minutes later he fell from the keg, dead. Coroner Kight viewed the remains shortly afterwards and pronounced an inquest unnecessary. Dr. E.E. Feild, who has been Hosier's attending physician, also reviewed the remains, arriving at the bar shortly after death occurred. Hosier was a widower, but is survived by one son, Walter E. Hosier, 16 years old, who is a resident of New York.
