Schwarz, 17 Madison square, North New York City, Mrs. M.J. HOSIER, beloved wife of W.J. Hosier, Sr., in the 75th year of her age. Funeral from Centenary M.E. Church WEDNESDAY at 9 a.m. Friends and acquaintances of the family invited to attend. *********************** The funeral of Mrs. Mary J. Hosier, wife of Mr. W.J. Hosier, Sr., of Norfolk, was held at Centenary Methodist Church soon after the arrival of the remains from New York via the New York, Philadelphia and Norfolk railway yesterday morning. The service was conducted by the pastor, Rev. William R. Proctor, in the presence of a large congregation. There was a profusion of beautiful floral tributes sent by friends of the deceased. The remains were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: Messrs. William Bullock, Thomas Land, Abe Moses, E. Wharton, Thomas Glenn and E.B. Jones.
