"Bob" Hoskins Jr., 68, of the 8200 block of Nathan Ave., died June 6, 1991, in a hospital. Mr. Hoskins, a native of Owensboro, Ky., had retired from the Norfolk public schools. He had served in the Navy and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a Roman Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Concetta J. Hoskins; two daughters, Sue Ann James of Belen, N.M., and Martina Foster of Norfolk; a son, Dudley R. Hoskins of Chesapeake; a sister, Mary Rose Hoskins, and a brother, Robert M. Hoskins, both of Owensboro; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Pius X Catholic Church by the Rev. Jaime Parnada. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A Christian wake service will be at 7 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, where friends may visit the family afterward.
